We craft high-performance flours milled fresh in Thailand from carefully selected grains imported from Canada, Australia, and the United States. Freshness is at the heart of everything we do. Our flours are milled every 10–15 days to ensure authentic flavor, stable gluten structure, and consistent, professional-level performance for every dough, pastry, and pizza.

Guided by the principle “Natural and clean, with respect for those who will work with and consume our flours,” our flours are unbleached, chemical-free, and designed to preserve the grain’s natural aroma, color, and structure. By milling locally and using shorter import routes, we reduce COâ‚‚ emissions, retain quality, and strengthen the Thai supply chain.
